Fike Corporation seeks a Technology Project Manager to lead a portfolio of IT initiatives in a hybrid delivery model, blending Define–Develop–Deliver milestones with Waterfall and Agile. You will partner with project managers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders, using Jira for reporting and Salesforce ecosystem tools to support CPQ, Rootstock, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or similar.
• Five years or more of experience in Technology Project Management.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (Waterfall + Agile).
• Strong program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing IT portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of IT projects aligned to strategic business priorities.
• Drives roadmap planning, sequencing, and cross-project dependency management.
• Applies Define–Develop–Deliver milestone governance across initiatives.
• Provides executive-level visibility into scope, schedule, risks, budget, and outcomes.
• Identifies and manages interdependencies across programs.
• Leads Waterfall-style initiatives through structured milestone execution.
• Partners with other project managers to support Agile delivery.
• Ensures alignment between Agile sprint execution and overall project milestones.
• Facilitates project reviews and governance checkpoints with IT leadership.
• Proactively manages risks, issues, scope changes, and escalations.
