HireTalent seeks an IT Control Manager to support financial leadership and governance across IT portfolios. This role blends strategic oversight with operational accountability, ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance while delivering forward-looking insights to IT and Finance leadership.

The IT Controller acts as a financial steward, owning end-to-end portfolio financials, focusing on reporting quality, effective controls, and robust decision support for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience operating IT-related business controls or processes (compliance; audit; supply chain; financial accounting; software asset management).
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to articulate core business and technology processes and related trends.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management and cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Track the schedule: monitor timeliness and identify delays.
• Track the money: ensure spending aligns with budget and costs trends.
• Forecast what will happen: project duration and final cost projections.
• Spot problems early: identify delays, overruns, or risks early.
• Report to leadership: translate project data into clear leadership updates.
• Coordinate project controls: ensure scheduling, cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting work together.
