Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-12 level in IT capital planning, governance, and operations.
• Experience in financial management, budget execution, and acquisition support.
• Ability to develop and maintain IT governance artifacts and project justifications.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise architects and program officials to ensure policy compliance.
• Ability to analyze IT performance data and support portfolio oversight and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and performance reporting for FSIS IT investments.
• Coordinate with CPITGD and other divisions to align IT activities with governance.
• Support portfolio oversight activities, internal controls, and transparency.
