Job summary

State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Modernization PMO. You will supervise staff and coordinate modernization activities, ensuring compliance with standards and schedules.

The role requires PMP within six months, 5 years of healthcare IT PM experience, and 3 years of Agile PM experience. Strong vendor coordination and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires PMP certification within six months of hire.
• Five years of experience in Project Management in healthcare/IT projects.
• Three years of experience with Agile Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to Agency leadership on modernization PMO matters.
• Ensure PMO portfolio projects comply with federal and state standards.
• Maintain project schedules across the PMO portfolio for each fiscal year.
• Lead governance standards and tools/templates for the PMO portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors and contract management staff on contracts.
