Job summary

Axiom Path in Union City, CA is seeking an IT Project Manager to join a growing PMO. You will help plan, govern, and deliver enterprise technology initiatives while maintaining delivery focus and measurable business outcomes.

Initially you will support a major HR technology migration before expanding to other high-priority projects across the enterprise. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on IT or enterprise technology project management experience.
• Experience owning technology implementations, integrations, migrations, or digital transformations.
• Ability to plan, execute and deliver projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong judgment on risks, dependencies, escalation, and milestones.
• Clear communication with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; Waterfall or Hybrid delivery also manageable.
• Experience using PMO governance, reporting, and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple IT and enterprise projects from initiation through delivery.
• Initially support a major HR technology migration and integration initiative.
• Build and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate planning sessions, project meetings, and delivery reviews.
• Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and resource constraints early.
• Provide transparent project reporting to delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Transition into additional high-priority technology and business initiatives.
