Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation's Digital Technology PMO Internship for Summer 2027 offers hands-on exposure to project and program management. You'll help maintain project data in the PPM tool, assist with setup, milestones, budgets, risks, and reporting, while partnering with program leaders.

You will learn fundamentals of project management, portfolio tracking, and executive reporting, and gain collaboration experience with cross-functional technology teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least one term remaining.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) preferred.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals and methodologies.
• Understanding of budgeting or forecasting concepts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project information in the PPM platform.
• Assist with project setup and administration: milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, benefits, metrics.
• Gather status updates in meetings for tracking and reporting.
• Support leadership reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Provide guidance to project managers on using the PPM tool.
• Develop project management competencies through exposure to planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
