Travis County Technology & Operations seeks an Information Technology Div Director (PMO) to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all PMO functions within Travis County Information Technology. The Division Director oversees project portfolio management, technology planning, and enterprise standards across internal customers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a directly related field.
• Ten years of increasingly responsible experience, including five years of mid- to senior-level supervisory or management experience.
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to the stated education and experience.

Mansioni

• Provide executive leadership for PMO operations, ensuring consistent delivery of technology projects.
• Oversee project governance, resource management, and operational oversight in compliance with laws and enterprise objectives.
• Direct staff through subordinate managers, including recruitment, development, performance management, and training.
• Develop long-term strategic plans to enhance project delivery effectiveness and business transformation goals.
• Align technology deployment with business objectives to deliver measurable improvements.
• Direct implementation of enterprise technologies and platforms supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Establish and enforce enterprise PMO standards, governance, risk management, and QA.
