Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including PMO leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives in a project-based, operationally complex industry.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP/PfMP/Agile or related certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, project governance, intake, prioritization, stage-gate, and benefits-realization processes.
• Manage IT project portfolio balancing strategic value, operational impact, demand, budget, risk, dependencies, and resources.
• Facilitate executive portfolio reviews, steering committees, and timely decision-making; enable practical governance for enterprise initiatives and field operations.
• Lead delivery practices across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects; monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and outcomes.
• Manage PMO budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio-level cost visibility; oversee vendor performance and contracts.
• Lead, coach, and develop PMO staff; provide clear executive reporting on KPIs, budget, risks, and decisions.
