Job summary

C1 in the United States is seeking a Manager, IT PMO to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technology initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead a team of Portfolio and Project Managers, drive Agile programs, and partner with executives to align delivery with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include governance, budget management, AOP development, vendor oversight, cross-portfolio prioritization, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or related management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to analyze, develop, document, and optimize business processes.
• Experience managing project, portfolio, and operational budgets.
• Experience overseeing vendor relationships and managing third-party spend.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Portfolio and Project Managers and manages delivery of initiatives.
• Establishes governance, prioritization, and reporting across multiple portfolios.
• Manages budgets, forecasts, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Oversees vendor spend, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Partners with executives to align roadmaps with strategic objectives.
