Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of IT systems experience; Florida driver's license required.
• Two years of IT systems administration, networking, cybersecurity or related field for Administrator II; equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor's Degree plus five years for Administrator III; relevant skills in Windows/Linux, AD, security, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and secure IT/OT systems and networks at City of Orlando facilities.
• Support SCADA/ICS environments, ensure availability, reliability, and cybersecurity of infrastructure.
• Document changes, follow procedures, and perform routine maintenance with occasional after-hours work.
