Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks an IT/OT Site Manager to provide technical leadership for information systems within a manufacturing facility and business sector in the United States.

You will analyze data, maintain existing systems, and independently drive small projects while coordinating with the site and sector teams. Responsibilities include monitoring LAN/WAN, servers, and ensuring compliance metrics, supporting process control engineering, troubleshooting issues, and managing ITIL processes

Qualifications

• AS or BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in IT/OT environments.
• Experience with manufacturing IT systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/OT information technology initiatives for the facility.
• Analyze business data and maintain existing systems.
• Develop and execute small projects as technical lead.
• Monitor site LAN/WAN, servers, and compliance metrics.
• Support process control engineering in operations and projects.
• Troubleshoot root causes and provide resolutions.

Position Summary

Provide technical leadership for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives. Assist users in the application of systems for the purpose of analyzing business dat a . Maintain existing systems and develop new systems to meet functional/user area needs. Independently develop and execute small projects; act as tech nical lead on teams involved in the development of medium size/complex projects.

Establish/maintain effective communications throughout the manufacturing facility and the sector.

Monitor site LAN(s)/WAN, servers and systems and maintain site level compliance metrics.

Support the process control engineering department in all operations and projects.

Perform trouble-shooting, identify root cause and provide resolution.

Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, maintenance and ITIL processes in Service Now ITSM.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Continued

Maintain site Video Management System in accordance with relevant policies.

Maintain accurate and up to date network drawings and configuration.

Manage and administer DR and backup systems to maintain stated SLA support levels

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

AS or BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, 5 years technical experience.

PC (hardware and software) troubleshooting and software installations.

Experience managing/troubleshooting networks (preferably Cisco).

Experience with Microsoft AD, ESX VMware, Citrix
