Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation's IT/OT Site Manager will provide leadership for information systems within the Oklahoma manufacturing facility, aligning IT services with production objectives. You will manage LAN/WAN, servers, and security while guiding project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/OT, strong network and virtualization skills, and experience with ITIL processes. You will partner with engineering and operations to ensure reliable, scalable technology solutions supporting manufacturing

Qualifications

• AS or BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science; 5 years technical experience.
• PC troubleshooting and software installations.
• Experience managing/troubleshooting networks (preferably Cisco).
• Experience with Microsoft AD, ESX VMware, Citrix

Responsibilities

• Monitor site LANs/WANs, servers and systems and maintain site-level compliance metrics.
• Provide technical leadership for IT/OT within the facility and the business sector.
• Support the process control engineering department in all operations and projects.
• Perform trouble-shooting, identify root cause and provide resolution.
• Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, maintenance and ITIL processes in Service Now ITSM.
• Maintain site Video Management System and keep network drawings up to date.
• Manage and administer DR and backup systems to maintain SLA.

Position Summary

Provide technical leadership for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives. Assist users in the application of systems for the purpose of analyzing business dat a . Maintain existing systems and develop new systems to meet functional/user area needs. Independently develop and execute small projects; act as tech nical lead on teams involved in the development of medium size/complex projects.

Establish/maintain effective communications throughout the manufacturing facility and the sector.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
