Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard (NICB) is seeking a hands-on IT/OT Infrastructure Architect to strengthen NICB’s critical enterprise and manufacturing infrastructure across North America. This role blends hands-on engineering with architectural oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.

You will lead networking, end-user compute, server/storage, and technical leadership initiatives for NICB’s 24/7/365 environments, with up to 25% travel and a 40-hour on-site workweek at our Catawba,

Qualifications

• 12+ years architecting enterprise infrastructure
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-site initiatives
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership
