Keep shopfloor IT/OT systems running through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and fast, prioritized support to production and engineering teamsOwn the system lifecycle — change management, upgrades and enhancements — while minimizing downtime and operational riskContribute your IT/OT expertise to the design, planning and rollout of new shopfloor projects, working hand-in-hand with EngineeringCoordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver project work in line with validation and governance standardsAct as the connector between business needs, solution architects, CSV teams and global/regional partnersIdentify and mitigate operational and technical risks, and support audits, inspections and remediation efforts.
You hold a bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical disciplineYou are hands-on in experience supporting shopfloor computerized systems and automation platforms (Siemens, SCADA, or similar is an advantage)You have a solid understanding of IT/OT infrastructure, enterprise networking, and system lifecycle and risk managementYou have working knowledge of GxP, Data Integrity and 21 CFR Part 11Familiarity with CSV, NIS2 and ISO27001 is a real assetYou have experience coordinating cross-functional projects and external vendorsYou are fluent in both English and French.
