Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience across IT and OT environments.
• Expert in IT & OT security architecture and controls.
• Expert in SOC operations and incident response management.
• Expert in cybersecurity audit and regulatory compliance.
• Expert in policy development and governance.
• Expert in risk assessment and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and day-to-day cybersecurity across IT and OT environments.
• Oversee SOC staffing, tooling, and processes for continuous monitoring and incident response.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and customer security assessments.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidance documents.
• Direct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and playbook improvements.
• Design and deliver security awareness programs and role-specific training.
• Mentor and develop SOC staff and create succession plans.
• Manage vendor and third-party security relationships and SLAs.
• Report cybersecurity posture and risk to IT leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with IT/OT, Quality, and Corporate IT to embed controls in design and change management.
