Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA seeks a Manager, Cybersecurity to lead IT and OT security, SOC operations, and audit readiness. You will shape governance, drive incident response, and align with regulatory frameworks while partnering with Quality, OT/Engineering, and Corporate IT teams.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on management of security programs in a manufacturing environment. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive cybersecurity experience across IT and OT.
• Expert in IT & OT security architecture, SOC operations, and audits.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11) preferred.
• Policy development and governance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT & OT security program strategy and governance.
• Manage SOC operations, staffing, tooling, and incident response.
• Oversee cybersecurity audits, regulatory inspections, and customer assessments.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Direct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Deliver security awareness training for staff.
• Mentor SOC team and plan succession.
• Collaborate with IT/OT, Quality, and R&D stakeholders.
