Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy in New York seeks an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to be the technical backbone of the NY office. You will handle Windows 365 provisioning, Intune management, and daily helpdesk tasks while tailoring Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft 365 stack to our business processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT Operations experience in Linux/Windows server environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong communication and support skills for highly technical users (engineers, scientists, executives).

Responsibilities

• On-site IT support for NY office; rapid onboarding and hardware provisioning with Windows 365/Intune.
• Serve as primary admin for Microsoft Dynamics 365; configure data maps, dashboards, and security models.
• Manage NEOS collaboration platforms (SharePoint) and document controls; enforce access permissions.
• Maintain cybersecurity baselines (NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2) and data protection policies.
• Ensure network, conference room AV, and Teams Rooms reliability and user satisfaction.
