Job summary

FastTek Global's Louisville Assembly Plant is seeking an IT Operations professional to join the Site IT team, supporting manufacturing IT infrastructure and applications critical to keeping our production lines running for Built Our Tough vehicles.

You will engage in process improvements toward lean manufacturing, IIoT, software-defined networks, and digital solutions, while collaborating with global teams for troubleshooting, data analysis, and plant operations.

Position Overview/Description

This is an Information Technology Operations based role that supports the Louisville Assembly Plant - home of the Fathom. Louisville prides itself on being a leader in vehicle technology. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a member of the plant's Site IT team and to assist in redefining and reimagining how Site IT lends support to the manufacturing team. As a member of Site IT you will be hands-on in helping the plant produce Built Our Tough vehicles. As part of the job responsibilities, you will be engaged to support a broad range of Our IT infrastructure and application services in use daily to produce our high-quality vehicles. You will also lend your knowledge and experiences to support process improvement efforts toward flexible and lean manufacturing, enabling Factory of Tomorrow (e.g., IIOT, software-defined networks, next-generation error proofing, digital solutions, and various mobility solutions) along with supporting the legacy manufacturing systems within the facility. The successful candidate will work with global teams for technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem resolution of plant floor applications and infrastructure; as well as leading various efforts to ensure all supported applications meet Ours productivity goals. You will also interface daily with all plant business operations, from assembly and industrial controls to quality and finance. Job Requirements
