Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an IT Operations Support L3 in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role focuses on frontline systems infrastructure, monitoring Windows and Unix/Linux servers, web apps, storage, and databases. You will diagnose and resolve issues as part of a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, documenting incidents, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness. Prior experience in a 24x7 ops center is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a computer systems environment.
• Education in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field is highly desired.
• Experience in 24x7x365 operations center is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the distributed computing environment including Windows and Unix/Linux servers.
• Provide first line problem diagnosis and resolution for computing systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Monitor backup processes and disaster recovery for business-critical applications.
• Document issues and resolutions in detailed records for future reference.
• Identify opportunities to improve frontline tools and troubleshooting processes.
