Weinbrenner Shoe Company is seeking an IT Support and Operations Coordinator to help modernize our IT operations and support system integrations in a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with IT leadership to streamline processes, manage assets, and improve overall service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT operations coordination or IT support, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT support or operations coordination.
• 1–3 years of IT operations coordination or IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or business settings.
• Familiarity with vendor management, contract renewals, and asset tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with help desk software, asset management tools, and IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Track IT hardware and software assets and dispose of obsolete equipment.
• Maintain inventory of software applications and licensing.
• Coordinate IT operations tasks with IT management and projects.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Identify IT workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collect IT feedback from employees and ensure high user satisfaction.
• Provide initial triage and route/escalate IT issues as needed.
