Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Atlanta seeks an IT Coordinator to deliver hands‑on, service‑oriented support for our technology environment, enterprise systems, and end users. You will manage day‑to‑day tech requests and device deployments while maintaining security and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent education considered.
• Experience providing end-user support and coordinating vendors is preferred.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support and handle tickets per service standards.
• Set up, configure, deploy, maintain, and recover devices, printers, and meeting-room tech.
• Onboard/offboard users by coordinating accounts, permissions, licenses, and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, SharePoint, business applications, networks, and related tech.
• Coordinate with Leapfrog and external providers; maintain ownership of communications through closure.
• Maintain inventories, licenses, configurations, and knowledge-base content.
