ProMach, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager in Battleboro, NC to lead IT services across divisions and ensure compliance with corporate standards. The role serves as a primary escalation point for IT support and drives end-user support, hardware, software, data, and security infrastructure.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will mentor the IT team, manage projects, monitor systems, and coordinate with vendors. Travel up to 25% may be required; evening/weekend work may be needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in information technology.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory Administration and Group Policy Management.
• Experience with Office 365 and Azure is desirable.
• Experience with CAD solutions such as AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks is desirable.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, sometimes with little notice.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Provides technical leadership, mentoring and support for division IT Team through regular feedback and development conversations.
• Documents and maintains division specific IT procedures and user-facing content.
• Actively collaborates with other IT resources in BU IT Architecture and Standards.
• Performs project management for IT-related efforts.
• Monitors systems to verify integrity and availability of servers, applications and services.
• Manages incidents for hardware/software failures and security incidents; coordinates resources and user communications.
• Ensures servers and data are backed up per corporate standards.
• Manages user accounts and security access for datacenter, network, servers and apps.
• Ensures antivirus and security patches are up to date and monitors for intrusions.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data and coordinates with HR to differentiate employees, contractors, and visitors.
