Job summary

Wildman in Warsaw, Indiana, seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead the technology infrastructure across locations, owning the day-to-day performance, reliability, and security of network, server, endpoint, cloud, and virtualization environments.

You will lead the IT team, work with the Director of Business Improvement on priorities, and drive disaster recovery, security, and regulatory compliance initiatives while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading IT professionals in a team setting.
• Strong knowledge of network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, reliability, and performance of network, servers, endpoints, cloud, and virtualization across locations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, networking, systems, and security as needed.
• Lead IT team by setting priorities, providing feedback, managing workload, and ensuring accountability.
• Administer cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Own cybersecurity strategy, risk management, vendor relations, and compliance tracking.
