Applications International Corporation seeks an Information Technology Manager for an on-site role in San Diego, CA. You will lead a small IT team, own IT operations, and drive security, backup, and DR across our SaaS environment.

The role requires 7–10 years of hands-on IT experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Local candidates only; relocation is not offered, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent hands-on experience and technical leadership considered.
• Security or networking certifications (CISSP, Security+, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a small IT team with one direct report.
• Own day-to-day IT operations and incident response.
• Manage on-premises servers, SAN storage, backups, and DR testing.
