Responsibilities
- Lead IT Operations team of 20+ across infrastructure and Tier III support
- Implement scalable processes and reporting for IT operations
- Manage servers, storage, VMware and cloud tech for reliability and performance
- Coordinate NOC activities and incident resolution
- Oversee budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships
