Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical support for Windows and macOS, diagnosing complex problems.
• Experience leading, training, or supervising others.

• Excellent communication and customer service for users with varied technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT support queue and escalation process.
• Provide technical support for college computer labs.
