Job summary

Blackpoint Cyber seeks a senior identity engineer to own and evolve our Entra ID architecture, including Conditional Access, identity lifecycle, SSO, and device identity. You will lead efforts to implement CMMC Level 2 controls, support SOC 2 audits, and mentor a distributed team in a remote, high-ownership environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in systems/identity engineering and deep hands-on Entra ID experience, with strong automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, plus Intune

• Lead IT operations by translating strategy into prioritized projects, assigning work, and reporting progress to the CSTO.
• Own Entra ID architecture, Conditional Access, identity lifecycle, SSO, and device identity, acting as the final escalation point.
• Implement technical controls for CMMC Level 2 and support SOC 2 audits, including access reviews and security remediation.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years in systems/identity engineering with at least 4 years of deep, hands‑on Microsoft Entra ID experience.
• Expert‑level skill with Conditional Access, PIM, federation, and strong automation using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
• Experience with Intune at fleet scale, compliance frameworks, and Jira/Confluence administration.
