Qualifications

• Interest in IT, Tech, Computer Science, Data communications or related fields.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from office locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and record company assets in the IT database.
• Perform routine maintenance of company devices (refreshing, wiping, cleaning).
• Label network devices and update as needed.
• Set up newly issued devices with user accounts for staff.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding device logistics.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting under supervision.
• Maintain IT knowledgebase and share knowledge with staff.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
