Job summary

Johanson Technology Inc. in Camarillo, CA, seeks an IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations, assess systems, and report to the IT Director.

The role manages staff, upgrades and maintains computer systems, databases, networks and software programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, budgeting, project management and communication skills, with at least seven years of IT experience and MCP certification; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in system analysis, data administration, network design and/or computer programming.
• Certification in the technical field, such as MCP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Two years or less in a management/supervisory role in an IT services setting; staff supervision, budget management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned IT initiatives aligned with the IT Director's goals and strategy.
• Manage and support RMM system setup and automation.
• Oversee ticketing and documentation systems.
• Maintain server infrastructure and ensure network uptime.
• Monitor performance, security, backup and recovery; drive accountability and results.
• Produce reports and training materials outlining procedures and budgets.
