Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in system analysis, data administration, network design and/or computer programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Staff supervision and budget management and project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT department daily operations and staff.
• Perform assessments on company systems to ensure proper operations and identify issues.
• Report to the IT Director and align with goals.
• Manage server infrastructure and ensure network uptime.
• Upgrade and maintain databases, desktop systems, data networks, and software.
• Produce reports and training materials outlining procedures and budgets.
