Responsibilities

Absolute Field Quality: Enforce the “Photograph Rule.” Every cable run, hardware mount, and deployment must be visually and functionally perfect before the team leaves.

Client Experience & Brand Protection: Act as the ultimate on-site guardian of the TRG brand, ensuring flawless deployments and elite client handovers.

Operational Velocity: Manage daily dispatch, anticipate bottlenecks, and eliminate field friction to protect our team’s deep work.

Standardize Excellence: Execute our operational playbook flawlessly across all sites to build permanent, high-quality infrastructure.

Skills/Experience
