Job summary

Nourish seeks an experienced IT operations professional to own the day-to-day IT functions for a growing organization. You will manage support, onboarding/offboarding, and device lifecycles across Macs and Windows devices.

You will administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and a broad SaaS stack, crafting automations to reduce repetitive toil. Knowledge of SOC 2 and HITRUST controls and maintaining IT docs will be key as the team expands from 350 to over 800 staff.

• Own day-to-day IT operations including support, onboarding/offboarding, and device lifecycle management across Macs and Windows.
• Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack and a broad SaaS stack, building automations to reduce repetitive IT toil.
• Support SOC 2 and HITRUST controls, maintain IT documentation, and help scale IT processes as the company grows from 350 to 800+ employees.
