Job summary

Tallgrass in Colorado is seeking a Coordinator-IT Operations Administration to support the IT department with admin, financial, procurement, reporting, and coordination activities related to IT operations, vendor management, budgeting, asset tracking, and policy adherence.

This role collaborates with IT leadership, finance, procurement, vendors, and internal customers to ensure timely invoicing, accurate reporting, budget tracking, contract administration, and consistent application of corporate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in accounting support, admin processes, procurement, or finance.
• Experience supporting IT, shared services, or business operations preferred.
• Familiarity with IT procurement, software licensing, and asset tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT budget, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Support IT procurement activities: vendor setup, POs, and service agreements.
• Process AP activities: invoice review, coding, routing, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for IT financials and assets.
• Maintain accurate records for IT assets, licenses, contracts, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
