Job summary

Solvd is seeking a versatile operations professional to support IT leadership with executive administration, financial operations, procurement, and GRC coordination. This role acts as the operational backbone, ensuring budgets, vendor management, and compliance programs run smoothly while aligning IT with auditors and the broader business.

You will handle calendar management, budget tracking, vendor renewals, evidence collection for audits, and shipping/logistics for hardware.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, IT operations, finance administration, or a similar hybrid role.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals (POs, invoicing, accruals, budget tracking); ERP/accounting system experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GRC concepts and audit processes; comfortable coordinating audits and collecting evidence.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle many workstreams without dropping balls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working with executives, engineers, auditors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive & team administration support for IT leadership: calendar management, meeting coordination, agendas and follow-ups.
• Own IT finance & accounting operations: budget tracking, accruals, invoicing, monthly spend reconciliation.
• Manage IT procurement lifecycle: quotes, purchase orders, approvals, receiving, invoice matching.
• Coordinate shipping & logistics for hardware, onboarding/offboarding, asset records, and RMAs.
• Lead coordination of GRC activities across IT, stakeholders, and external auditors; maintain policy docs and risk registers.
