Responsibilities

• Acts as IT liaison, maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and technology needs.
• Owns and maintains IT asset management program from procurement to disposal.
• Provide administrative support to IT staff and manage invoices and vendor communication.
