Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in, answer phones, refer calls and schedule appointments.
• Prepare charts, ensure completeness and proper signatures.
• Input and update patient data accurately, maintain patient records.
• Assess insurance and payment details, collect fees as per guidelines.
• Schedule family planning visits and other clinic appointments.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
