Job summary

Harvey is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join the BizTech team in New York City. You’ll deliver hands-on IT support to ensure employees have the tools they need from day one through lifecycle, driving a seamless onboarding and lifecycle experience in a fast-moving AI-enabled company.

You’ll manage core SaaS platforms, assist with meeting-room tech and events, troubleshoot devices and network issues, and partner with engineering, security and stakeholders to scale IT operations as Harvey

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Proficiency with identity and access management platforms (Okta) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS tools.
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, Okta Workflows).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees in the New York City office.
• Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure productivity and secure departures.
• Deliver white-glove IT support across all levels via Slack, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions.
• Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and MDM) to ensure secure access.
• Assist with meeting room tech and corporate events for smooth hybrid meetings and high-quality A/V experiences.
• Troubleshoot employee problems with applications, laptops, access, peripherals, printers, video conferencing, and networking issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware repairs, upgrades, and procurement.
• Identify systemic issues and drive root cause analysis to improve reliability across the tech stack.
• Collaborate with the IT team on automation, documentation, and process improvements.
