Job description

Role:

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients onsite, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support to clients
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Participate in project rollouts and deployments
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed
