Responsibilities

• Process onboarding requests for new employees, rehires and contractors.
• Review daily BSC report for new hire/rehires lacking managers and coordinate with HR.
• Respond to inquiries in the shared mailbox regarding onboarding.
• Run reports to review trends and anomalies as needed.
• Update process documentation and reporting documents.
• Assist with automating onboarding workflows and processes.
• Escalate onboarding issues to senior staff.
• Follow up with IT assignment teams for aging tasks.
