Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an IT-MIS Administrator to support information systems, IT infrastructure, data security and day-to-day technology needs at our Rolling Meadows facility.

This role serves as a key liaison with our Japan Headquarters, coordinating IT projects, system requirements and issue resolution while providing technical support and training to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Information Systems preferred.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, databases, and IT systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and ability to work with an international team.
• Japanese language skills a significant plus.
• Organized, responsible, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support MIS systems and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Assist with system upgrades and IT projects.
• Maintain data security, accuracy, and accessibility.

An established manufacturer is seeking a motivated IT-MIS Administrator to support information systems, IT infrastructure, data security, and day-to-day technology needs. This position will also serve as a key point of contact for IT-related communication and coordination with our Japan Headquarters.
