Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems II LLC is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee IT and MES staff, aligning IT strategy with regional and global business goals. You will partner with regional leadership, document requirements, secure funding, and drive cost optimization across the plant and region.

The role includes managing a small team, guiding IT projects, and ensuring secure, standardized IT operations in a manufacturing environment with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT and/or MES leadership, with experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• 3-5 years in automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, including industrial plants.
• Proven track record implementing complex, integrated enterprise applications in a global context.
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy in alignment with regional/global business objectives.
• Consolidate and document regional and plant IT requirements and gaps.
• Review project plans with leadership to secure funding and approvals.
• Drive IT best practices and cost optimization across the region.
• Manage and develop IT staff, including hiring, performance, and coaching.
• Mentor plant IT staff to support plant operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to standard technologies, security, and BOS processes.
