Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Menu Specialist to join remotely in the United States. You will process franchise menu requests, update Toast POS items and pricing, and test changes to align with brand direction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver projects on time. Toast experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to organize, plan and meet deadlines in parallel with other projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming POS Menu requests as directed by your manager, creating new items and updating existing items and modifiers as needed for system-wide or local functionality
• Maintain POS information, including pricing, discounts and navigation as requested
• Ensure all changes are completed on time
• Perform testing on all changes as needed.
• Assist in the mapping of new online menu items to Toast POS
• Act as an escalation point for the help desk tickets to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist with the POS menu cycle from conception to launch including, but not limited to, working with other departments to create POS Menu items and menu architecture that align with brand direction
• Provide regular updates of all POS initiatives or projects
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

The Role

• The POS Menu Specialist will process franchise menu requests and maintain POS information and pricing. To include testing menus, managing menu architecture that aligns with needs of the Brand. This team member will work closely with other departments to create Brand Level Campaigns and tests for the POS, as well as manage the Brand Level online menu.
• We are looking for team members that demonstrate strong communication, organizational and customer service skills to succeed in this position. The POS Menu Specialist should be a detail-orientated multitasker with the ability to work independently to deliver projects on time with minimal errors.
