Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in trading/hedge funds or other high-performance environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with security controls and endpoint protection.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, systems administration, and network operations.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including IAM, MFA, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical trading systems.
