Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/CPG/food & beverage.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and long-term infrastructure plans.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with executives.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owns performance, availability, and reliability of enterprise IT systems and defines road map.
• Monitors queues and prioritizes requests for efficient completion.
• Maintains standards for IT documentation, configurations, and knowledge transfer.
• Leads a high-performing IT team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Oversees security, governance, and regulatory compliance across IT systems.
• Manages external vendors and contracts to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Drives optimization of business processes through technology and automation.
• Plans and tests business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
