Qualifications

• BA degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical development.

Responsibilities

• Support IT application needs for all staff.
• Develop protocols for staff technology usage.
• Liaise with IT for network and corporate app issues.
• Produce reports for business analysis purposes.
• Assist in marketing/ business presentation tech projects.
• Train staff on Microsoft Office usage.
• Identify hardware/software opportunities to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot application and network problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
