Legends Global is seeking an IT Manager to support staff, administer business applications, and coordinate with the IT department on network and systems issues. You will also create reports for business analysis and help develop technology solutions to improve productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support IT application needs for all staff.
• Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
• Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
• Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
• Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
• Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
• Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
• Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
• All other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
• Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
• Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of wireless technology applications and interface availability.
• Working knowledge of Palm OS, Windows CE, and Blackberry capabilities and support.
• Proficiency in Windows XP support.
• Proficiency in Novell network and Windows NT support.
• Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
