Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks an IT Manager for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, networks, servers, telephony, and security across the property, and ensure PCI compliance while managing licenses and inventory.

The role requires leadership, strong service orientation, and the ability to provide user training and support to hotel staff, with flexibility for on-site responsibilities and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/ hospitality IT operations preferred.
• Ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and staff support.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT systems, networks, and telephony across the hotel/resort.
• Manage server/workstation infrastructure and network devices; handle backups and disaster recovery.
• Ensure PCI compliance, maintain software licenses, and inventory; provide user training.
