Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of software development experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Experience with Financial Services Industry and knowledge of industry standards.
Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize software development team activities.
Provide technical development oversight for internal developers and third-party partners.
Design, code, and implement systems and APIs as needed to support vendor solutions.
Develop architectural solutions for systems, databases, and web services.
Lead project management and technical leadership for all software aspects.
Coach and mentor software engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
