Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an IT Manager in Springfield, IL to lead IT operations for the Illinois Department of Corrections contract. You will oversee network, end-user support, and Telehealth technologies while aligning IT priorities with organizational goals.

You will mentor staff, drive project execution, manage security remediation, and coordinate with EHR teams. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience are expected, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (CS/IS or related).
• Preferred Certifications: A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft MCSA. ITIL exposure.
• Four to six years of systems administration and network management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Desktop/Server OS, hardware, and software operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for Centurion’s IDOC contract in Illinois.
• Provide technical leadership for IT initiatives and deployments.
• Mentor direct reports and manage project timelines.
• Support EMR/EHR and Telehealth technologies.
• Ensure system security and policy compliance.
