Job summary

SelectTech seeks an IT Manager to lead and optimize our internal technology environment in partnership with our MSP. You will ensure secure, compliant operations, accelerate technology delivery, and enable AI-driven solutions across the organization.

Ideal candidates combine strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise in GCC High, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. This role involves governance, policy, and collaboration to support critical programs and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of progressive IT experience with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments and DoD security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for IT matters with the MSP.
• Drive IT initiatives to optimize workflows and accelerate implementations.
• Maintain secure, compliant IT operations and policy documentation.
• Lead deployment and governance of AI/LLM use cases and RAG architectures.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access controls across Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Support infrastructure improvements for reliability, scalability, and security.
